The room had a lovely balcony with a
Fantastic view of the mountains. The furnishings were cozy, yet the shower temperature fluctuated during our stay. The staff, especially Eric and Caroline, were incredibly welcoming and helped make our experience more memorable.

excellent drying facilities for wet gear, charming decorative furry panels, delightful complimentary postcards
Not enough light over the kitchenette!!! The kitchenette itself is outdated and lacking essential appliances like a toaster!!! A more flexible approach to rules would enhance the holiday vibe !!!

This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?
The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, showcasing charming decor throughout. The facilities were excellent for unwinding after a long day on the slopes.
Although the kitchenette was useful, it lacked sufficient light, leaving the space feeling a bit outdated and cramped.

Just a reliable pick for a little getaway in Morzine with good value for cost. The heated outdoor pool surrounded by snow was a highlight for me and my son. Don't miss checking the local market for fresh ingredients to cook in your room.

The welcoming atmosphere, warm decor, and the excellent drying facilities for our ski gear made our stay really enjoyable. The bar/lounge area with great views was a nice plus, offering a perfect spot to unwind.
It would be great if they could adopt a bit more flexibility regarding schedules and timings to better suit guests' holiday vibes.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after days filled with activities. The fresh, made-from-scratch pizza served at the hotel was a delightful surprise and a highlight of our dining experience. minor issues with the shower were a bit inconvenient, and we found the noise levels in the hallway to be disruptive at times. the lack of sufficient drying facilities for ski gear was disappointing for a winter stay.

Staying here was fantastic, especially with the lovely heated outdoor pool and a relaxing sauna after long days on the slopes. It was great to unwind while enjoying the beautiful views from the sun terrace. The only downside was that the kitchenette could’ve used a bit more light for better cooking, but it didn’t ruin our trip at all! 🌞
